Our Policies
Standards - When you purchase from the Vivid Customs brand you are investing in quality. Built with care in our workshop and dispatched from our office, our controllers will arrive fully functional and customised to perfection. All materials used in modifying our products are of the highest quality and carried out by experienced professionals. We will never sell an item that does not meet our very high standards.
Shipping - All of our products are ready made and will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. UK postage typically takes 1-2 working days while International postage takes 2-5 working days. A tracking reference number will be provided via email once dispatched.
Returns Policy - Vivid Customs offer a standard 30 day returns policy. If you are not fully satisfied with our product, please contact us and we will arrange for a refund. Controllers exhibiting any signs of use, abuse, tampering or wear will not be accepted for return. Returns will be granted at the sole discretion of Vivid Customs. Customers will be responsible for return shipping unless we have made an error with your order.
Warranty - All purchases made through this website come with a 60 day standard warranty. Our warranty does not cover tampered products or any personal damage to the controller or its parts. Under normal circumstances we will replace the defective goods with new ones. However, if there are heavy signs of use, we may only be able to offer a repair.
